Job Summary: We are seeking an XML Connectivity Analyst to expand integrations, provide technical support, and manage partner relationships—driving business growth. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze data to improve KPIs We are looking for an **XML Connectivity Analyst** to drive integration expansion, deliver technical support, and foster relationships with partners and internal teams—directly contributing to the company's business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Support new businesses via XML integrations. * Collaborate with the commercial team to expand XML connections. * Analyze XML and assist in resolving technical issues. * Monitor new integrations, pipeline, and follow\-ups. * Test and monitor new features with the technical team. * Engage with software houses and partner platforms. * Analyze production data via XML with the BI team to improve KPIs. * Provide support for the platform and related services. **Requirements** * Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and XML (development experience is not required). * Advanced or fluent English. * Organized profile with strong time management and follow\-up focus. * Experience with task and project management tools. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience and/or education in Tourism. * Spanish language knowledge. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday * Employment type: On\-site for candidates residing near Jundiaí/SP; hybrid for candidates from São Paulo city and surrounding areas.
