BILLING INTERNSHIP Location: Santo André \- On-site Type: Internship Monthly Stipend: R$ 1\.200,00 * Working Hours: 6 hours per day **About the Position** We are looking for a student to work as a Billing Intern in our finance/operations department. This is a practical opportunity to learn fiscal document issuance processes within a logistics/transportation company, emphasizing accuracy and organization. **Your Mission** Support the billing team in issuing and controlling fiscal documents (e.g., CT\-e and NF\-e), ensuring all steps are performed accurately to contribute to the company's operational and financial efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in issuing and verifying fiscal documents (Electronic Invoices, Electronic Transport Receipts, etc.). * Enter and reconcile data in spreadsheets (Excel) and internal systems. * Help manage and organize fiscal files and records. * Provide support in communicating with customers or carriers to resolve simple documentation issues. * Participate in month-end closing procedures and preparation of auxiliary reports. Requirements:* Academic Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Financial Management, or related fields.
