Requires organizational skills and teamwork **Mission** A Barback is responsible for providing essential support to bartenders and the Bar Manager, ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, organized, and operating efficiently. This role requires organizational skills, teamwork ability, and attention to detail. The Barback must maintain a clean bar environment and ensure bartenders have everything they need to serve excellent drinks. **Daily Routine** * Check bar layout and organization before service; * Ensure all utensils and tools are clean and ready; * Inventory Check; * Assess stock levels of beverages, ice, and other supplies; * Notify bartenders when restocking is needed; * Bar Organization; * Stock work areas with glasses, napkins, and other necessary items; * Maintain a clean and tidy bar during service; * Ingredient Preparation; * Cut fruits, prepare garnishes, and organize cocktail ingredients; * Ensure workstations are adequately stocked; * Waste Management; * Dispose of trash and empty bottles appropriately; * Keep the waste disposal area clean and organized; * Immediately report any issues or needs; * Ensure orders are delivered to bartenders efficiently. **Average Salary** * CLT employment contract * Salary: R$2.025,00 + tips * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (flexible availability) **Benefits:** * On-site meals * Mobility assistance: Public transport voucher or fuel voucher * Sesc membership agreement * Partnership with Cogna Educação – up to 70% discount on undergraduate and postgraduate programs * Life insurance – no cost to the employee * TotalPass – Gym membership agreement: Optional benefit available after 30 days of employment, offering discounts on the TotalPass plan, fully paid by the employee, extendable to dependents * Structured career development plan Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
