Job Summary: Assist in the production and preparation of cake batters alongside a pastry chef, supporting the proper handling of raw materials and maintaining workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the production and preparation of cake batters under the supervision of a pastry chef 2. Supporting daily production activities while adhering to quality and safety standards 3. Organizing and sanitizing tools and the work environment Working Hours: * **Monday to Friday:** from **1:00 PM to 9:45 PM** / **Saturday:** from **8:00 AM to 1:30 PM** * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Compensation and Benefits: * **Salary:** R$ 2\.100,00 * **Transportation Voucher (VT)** * **Meal Voucher (VA):** R$ 85.00 * **Food Allowance (VR):** R$ 22.00 per day Responsibilities: * Assist in the **production and preparation of cake batters alongside a pastry chef;** * Support correct handling of raw materials according to Technical Sheets * Organize and sanitize tools and the work environment * Support daily production routines, following food quality and safety standards Requirements: * Punctual, responsible, and possessing sound teamwork judgment * Experience in producing dry cakes * Residing within easy commuting distance to Vila Mariana Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.100,00 \- R$2\.767,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Transportation Voucher Work Location: On-site
