The focus of this area is to deliver high-complexity support and service with excellence, providing effective solutions aimed at achieving optimal results in preventive, reactive, and emergency actions. **Area Mission:** Protecting the customer's history through intelligent and secure solutions that guarantee effective data access during crises, ensuring business continuity. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What Will Be Your Mission at Penso?** * Implement backup projects for new customers; * Participate in internal R&D projects for backup products; * Administer backup environments for Penso’s customers; * Provide support and service via Service Desk tools; * Provide support and service via phone or video conference when necessary; * Document activities using Service Desk tools and agile methodologies; * Represent Penso to the customer across all support channels; * Update and create new procedures; * Monitor backups for priority customers; * Maintain impeccable professionalism and conduct. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To Match With Us, You Must:** * **Mandatory** experience in administration and implementation of the **Veeam** Data Platform; * Currently enrolled in a higher education program (from the second semester onward) in IT or related fields; * Fundamentals of Windows/Linux operating system administration; * Fundamentals of computer networking and TCP/IP protocol; * Experience in virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, and SaaS: Microsoft 365; * Familiarity with Service Desk and IT Service Management; * Basic understanding of sizing for Veeam backup environments; * Troubleshooting-oriented mindset; **Nice-to-Have:** * VMCE (Veeam Certified Engineer) certification preferred; * Knowledge of public cloud environments preferred; #### **Our Rituals** **\#PensoDay** Every six months, we transparently and directly discuss company goals, challenges, and results, aiming for everyone’s growth.
