You will be part of a structured environment with defined processes, emphasizing quality, discipline, and professional development. **Responsibilities** Record revenue and expense accounting entries Process payroll entries according to HR department reports Record tax entries according to reports from the tax department Classify accounts per the defined chart of accounts Update internal controls Perform bank reconciliations Perform customer and supplier reconciliations Verify credit card transactions Assist in verifying taxes payable Support organizing accounts for analyst review Assist in verifying balances, fixed assets, and inventory controls where applicable **Requirements** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Accounting Sciences Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the accounting field Prior experience in an accounting office Basic knowledge of debits and credits Experience with accounting entries and bank reconciliations Familiarity with trial balance and income statement (DRE) Intermediate-level Excel proficiency Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM If you seek continuous learning, stability, and the opportunity to grow in a structured accounting environment, this position is for you.
