Monitor the entry and exit of people, observing their movement in the main entrance lobby, elevator lobbies, courtyards, building corridors, and garage. Supervise and safeguard property by controlling the entry and exit of people and vehicles on the premises via internal surveillance systems, reporting any anomalies and taking appropriate actions to ensure site security. Attempt to prevent suspicious individuals from entering. Direct other individuals to their requested destinations. Be responsible for general correspondence and small-package deliveries sent to building occupants, receiving them and forwarding them to the intended recipients to prevent loss or other unpleasant incidents. Work schedule: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Shift pattern: 12 hours on, 36 hours off Requirements: Completed high school education. Prior experience performing these duties is desirable, including: Experience screening vehicles and pedestrians, identifying visitors, registering service providers, and following delivery and goods receipt protocols. Basic computer literacy (end-user level). Experience working in residential and commercial condominiums is desirable.
