As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting candidates who align with UNICARGO's needs and values. Your role will be critical in ensuring UNICARGO continues to attract the best professionals in the market. You will work closely with HR and business teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent attraction strategies. **Key responsibilities:** * Conduct end-to-end selection processes (job posting, resume screening, interviews, and alignment with managers). * Conduct individual and group interviews focused on competencies. * Administer and score psychological, behavioral profile, and job-specific knowledge tests. * Support managers in defining position profiles and requirements. * Perform candidate hunting via LinkedIn and other recruitment channels. * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire selection process. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology; * Experience in end-to-end selection processes (from job posting to onboarding); * Familiarity with psychological and behavioral/professional profile assessments; * Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP). The ideal candidate should possess a strategic and analytical approach, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
