As a Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting medical and nursing teams in technically complex care requiring scientific knowledge and the ability to make immediate decisions. **Your Team:** As a large multinational organization, you have the opportunity to expand your knowledge through collaboration with a variety of individuals, exposure to different facets of our portfolio, and a supportive leadership team that encourages continuous development. **What You’ll Do** * Plan, organize, execute, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care activities for patients. * Support medical and nursing teams in technically complex care requiring scientific knowledge and the ability to make immediate decisions. * Support the administrative team in planning, organizing, and executing nursing care services. * Monitor vaccination status and administer immunizations to patients. * Systematically prevent and control infections. * Monitor the quality of dialyzer and line reuse. * Develop staff and patient schedules to comply with clinic policies and regulations, ensuring quality and safety in dialysis therapy delivery. * Participate in training and personal development programs, particularly continuing education programs. * Actively promote patient safety. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the department. * Implement the Nursing Process Systematization (SAE), covering all stages. * Plan and conduct activities with staff to support their development. * Plan, organize, execute, and evaluate new protocols established by the company. * Manage personnel, including vacation scheduling and timekeeping. **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing * Postgraduate degree/Specialization in Nephrology (in progress or completed) * Relevant experience in the role required. **Reasonable Accommodation** Vantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
