Here, every detail matters—and you can be part of this story! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execution of Marketing and Branding Strategies; * Planning and execution of Trussardi’s annual marketing and communications plan; * Development of communication and branding strategy to strengthen the brand’s leadership and expand market share and annual brand recognition; * Translating and executing the marketing and branding strategy defined by management, ensuring adherence to the luxury brand positioning across all customer touchpoints (online and offline); * Trade: Incentive campaigns and point-of-sale activations focused on increasing sales (sell-in and sell-out); * Ensuring visual, narrative, and sensory consistency across all campaigns, activations, and communications; * Delivering high levels of detail and quality in all outputs, respecting the codes and attributes of the premium segment; * Developing and executing strategies for the brand’s showroom and convention; * Ensuring consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Marketing or luxury-market courses (preferred); * Full Microsoft Office suite proficiency; * AI tools; * Digital media (Google Ads, Meta Ads); * Content marketing; * Data and metrics analysis; * Marketing planning and strategy; * People management. **Additional Information** * Education Assistance: Your growth never stops!
