Job Summary: Junior Collections Analyst responsible for negotiation, portfolio monitoring, issuance of documents, and preparation of reports, collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation of agreements and monitoring of delinquent customer portfolios 2. Preparation of management reports and control of collection indicators 3. Collaboration with internal departments to optimize collection processes \*Position: Junior Collections Analyst (CLT)\* Responsibilities: Contacting delinquent customers and negotiating payment agreements. Monitoring customer portfolios and controlling delinquency. Issuing and updating bank slips and financial documents. Monitoring collection indicators and preparing management reports. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient collection processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of collection processes (amicable, judicial, debt renegotiation) Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial formulas) Experience with ERPs and CRMs Issuance and analysis of financial reports (Aging List, Income Statement, cash flow) Basic knowledge of accounting and finance (accounts receivable, provisions, delinquency) Knowledge of legislation applicable to collections (Consumer Protection Code, protests, etc.) Management of collection indicators (delinquency, recovery, TMA, SLA) Location: On-site at Vila Olímpia/SP Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.400,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
