Want to join this team? **Position**: Payroll Internship **Working Hours**: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Work Location**: Barra Funda, São Paulo\-SP (on-site 3 times per week) **Employment Type**: Internship **We are looking for candidates who have:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Administration with an emphasis on HR; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Strong communication skills and organizational ability; **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior knowledge of HR systems (e.g., ADP, SAP) * Previous experience in administrative or HR internships **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in Supply Chain and/or Projects, with proven expertise in modeling, data analysis, and logistics optimization; * Technical Knowledge and Certification: Solid proficiency in analytical and modeling tools such as Advanced Excel, Python (desirable but not mandatory), Power BI, and optimization software (e.g., Llamasoft, Gurobi, Optilogic) will be considered a plus. **A PURPOSE WE ARE PROUD OF** Our greatest ambition and commitment is "to make the world a more beautiful and sustainable place to live" \#MakingTheWorldABetterHome **DIVERSITY** We value diversity and recognize that a team composed of individuals with diverse profiles makes us as strong and unique as our brands.
