Support the accelerated growth of the logistics operation. Structure and enhance large-scale recruitment. Develop and refine HR processes from inception. Ensure engagement of operational and remote teams. Establish KPIs and routines for people management. Previous experience as a Specialist Human Resources Analyst, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Consultant, or Human Resources Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
