All selection processes conducted by **BBC Digital Bank** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Customer prospecting (automotive dealerships and car retailers); * Visits to sales points within your region; * Relationship management with vehicle salespeople, F&I executives, sales managers, and owners of vehicle dealerships and retailers; * Verification and analysis of documents for new customer registrations; * Verification and analysis of documents for formalizing vehicle financing contracts (customer and guarantor); * Diagnosing and analyzing the needs of each sales point, offering the best customized solutions for each requirement; * Managing your customer portfolio, collection and production indicators, and agile response to customers’ and partners’ needs; * Building a sustainable portfolio; * Verification and analysis of documents for customer and guarantor formalization; * Building trustworthy and enduring relationships; * Responsibility for the company’s culture, principles, and values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Experience in commercial roles, customer prospecting, and customer service; * Ability to strengthen relationships with commercial partners; * Focus on achieving company goals and targets; * Advantage: experience in financial services; * Valid driver’s license (Category B); * Availability to work Monday through Saturday; * Residence near Catalão. **Additional Information** You already know traditional benefits—we offer those too.
