At BMG, we are driven to do things differently and better—with integrity, simplicity, and our unique way of being: the BMG Way. **Responsibilities and Assignments** We seek an executive leader responsible for designing, leading, and scaling the bank’s entire digital sales strategy, with a focus on sustainable growth, CAC efficiency, conversion rate improvement, scalability, and business value generation. This role operates cross-functionally, exerting strong influence across Business, Products, Technology, Data, Operations, CRM, and Marketing—acting as a key decision-maker in strategic matters and driving the institution’s digital growth agenda. **Key Strategic Responsibilities:** Strategy & Results. Define and lead the bank’s digital acquisition and digital sales strategy. Own the digital P&L, with clear visibility into revenue, CAC, ROI, LTV, and efficiency. Build and evolve growth models (growth loops) and scaling levers. Define goals, OKRs, and performance metrics for short-, medium-, and long-term horizons. **Growth & Performance:** Lead growth marketing, conversion, funnel optimization, onboarding, and activation initiatives. Drive continuous experimentation (test & learn, A/B tests, MVPs). Prioritize the growth backlog based on impact, effort, and data. Deeply analyze customer behavior and journey analytics. **Data & Analytics:** Make 100% data-driven decisions, with mastery of digital metrics. Translate complex data into clear, actionable executive insights. Collaborate closely with Data, BI, and Analytics teams. Cross-functional engagement. Strong alignment with: Business & Products (value propositions and monetization), Technology (prioritization, architecture, scalability), Operations (capacity, efficiency, experience); influence decisions without relying on direct hierarchy. **Executive Communication:** Deliver executive presentations to the Executive Board, Committees, and Board of Directors. Advocate strategies, investments, and priorities with clear narratives and robust data. **Leadership & People:** Lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams. Develop leaders, build successors, and foster a culture of ownership. Serve as a technical and behavioral role model for the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Competencies (Hard Skills)** * Growth Strategy & Digital Sales: Mastery of end-to-end digital funnels. Practical experience in acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention. * Ability to scale results without sacrificing efficiency. * Data-driven leadership; deep understanding of metrics: CAC, LTV, churn, cohort, conversion, ROI. Ability to question data—not just consume it. Use data as the foundation for strategic decisions. * Product mindset: View acquisition as part of the product—not only marketing. Experience with squads, backlogs, discovery, and continuous delivery. * Performance management: Clear goal setting, regular review rituals, and accountability.
