Join Cogna. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** We are seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to strategically analyze, organize, and forecast the company’s resource and space requirements. This person will be responsible for ensuring efficient allocation, supporting the business’s sustainable growth, and providing clear visibility to leadership through analyses and dashboards. This role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication, a sense of priority, and the ability to act as a bridge between business units and infrastructure. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor, analyze, and forecast future resource and space requirements to support strategic planning. * Develop consistent data-driven analyses, metrics, and recommendations. * Identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities using forecasting models. * Receive, organize, and prioritize internal department requests. * Map processes and propose improvements to optimize service delivery workflows. * Design and maintain dashboards, visual reports, and performance materials for leadership. * Consolidate pending items, assign accountability, and track demand status to ensure process governance. * Promote and champion a data-driven culture within the area. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields. * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. * Familiarity with Power BI (focus on querying and extracting data; developing complex dashboards is not required). * Strong analytical reasoning, organizational skills, and effective communication across all hierarchical levels. Preferred qualifications * Prior experience in demand planning, capacity planning, or related areas. * Basic knowledge of statistical modeling and operational metrics. * Experience supporting multiple internal departments and managing demand pipelines. **Additional information** Hybrid work model (3 days per week onsite); We have offices across Brazil, but you will be based in São Paulo (Av.
