Will support the communication flow management and analyze retention, repurchase, and LTV metrics, transforming data into business actions. Manage the relationship flow in the CRM (Dito). Conduct data analyses and segmentation focused on RFV, churn, LTV, and repurchase. Propose and test new relationship journeys (onboarding, reactivation, loyalty). Ensure campaign performance measurement (open rate, click-through rate, conversion, ROI). Integrate CRM insights. Create executive reports to monitor engagement and retention goals.
