




Job Description: Responsible for extracting data intelligence from the customer base and optimizing customer relationship journeys, connecting CRM (Dito), performance, and loyalty. Will support the communication flow management and analyze retention, repurchase, and LTV metrics, transforming data into business actions. Manage and enhance the relationship flow within the CRM (Dito). Conduct data analyses and segmentation focused on RFV, churn, LTV, and repurchase. Propose and test new relationship journeys (onboarding, reactivation, loyalty). Ensure campaign performance measurement (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, ROI). Integrate CRM insights with marketing, e-commerce, and store teams. Create executive reports to monitor engagement and retention goals.
