Our purpose is to support decision-making and increase efficiency through intelligent use of information, applying statistical and data science concepts to transform data into relevant insights. We are a team that combines technical skills, business knowledge, and analytical vision. Our decisions are data-driven, always aiming to maximize results for our clients and increase the value generated. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the team responsible for managing decision-making strategies for our clients * Ensure the quality of analyses and deliverables from the area * Coordinate processes with a focus on risk mitigation * Guide and direct data studies and analyses to support strategies * Define and implement new decision-making strategies with the team * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and performance gains * Promote operational efficiency * Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional activities and projects, fostering collaboration and synergy * Deliver managerial presentations. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Experience in people management * Strong analytical capability and strategic vision * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Results-oriented profile * Autonomy and proactivity in decision-making * Data-driven decision-making **Requirements:** * Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields * Experience in data analysis and people management * Preferred: experience in fraud-related areas. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
