The Adriana Vilarinho Group was founded over 20 years ago and revolutionized healthcare delivery by expanding its headquarters into six medical, aesthetic, health and wellness, and administrative service units. Our service units are located in the neighborhoods of Jardim Paulista, Jardim Europa, Vila Olímpia, Morumbi, and Anália Franco, with an office in Pinheiros. This role offers significant strategic visibility: you will directly support corporate leadership with analyses on customers, units, productivity, and revenue, driving growth and decision-making within an expanding group in the health and wellness sector. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Business Intelligence and Commercial Performance** * Analyze the patient journey (acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase), identifying patterns and opportunities; * Conduct operational productivity studies: appointment occupancy rate, installed capacity, queues, absenteeism, and resource utilization; * Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce waste; * Perform commercial campaign performance analyses and support marketing decisions; * Support expansion studies, pricing strategies, and market competitive analysis. **Monitoring Strategic KPIs** * Develop managerial and operational dashboards for leadership; * Track results per unit: revenue, average transaction value, CAC, cancellations, service turnover, and productivity by function; * Consolidate marketing, financial, and operational KPIs into a single corporate dashboard; * Ensure KPI standardization and data integrity. **Data Management and Reporting** * Collect, integrate, and process data from multiple sources (e.g., Feegow, CRM, ERP, Finance, HR); * Automate data consolidation and visualization routines whenever possible; * Conduct continuous analyses to anticipate operational deviations and risks; * Deliver periodic results presentations to the executive board and partner departments. **Operational Excellence and Leadership Support** * Support definition of corporate goals and OKRs; * Simulate scenarios, projections, and financial impacts; * Contribute to building a data-driven decision-making culture; * Suggest improvements to enhance unit efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, BI, or related fields; * Strong experience in business, commercial, or operations data analysis; * Proficiency in Power BI (or equivalent tools); * Advanced Excel skills and database structuring ability; * Excellent written and visual communication skills for insight presentation.
