Mentor and develop researchers to strengthen team effectiveness We are seeking a highly experienced User Research Manager to establish and lead the user research function. This role will play a key part in shaping user insights, experience optimization, and player behavior strategy across digital and gaming products. You will drive methodology innovation and collaborate with senior Product, UX, Marketing, and Business leaders to influence strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities * Lead the full lifecycle of user research projects, including planning, execution, insight delivery, and impact evaluation * Build and scale research capabilities, including methodologies, standards, processes, and best practices * Translate user behavior insights into actionable, business\-driven, and growth\-focused recommendations * Partner closely with Product, UX Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive adoption of research insights * Conduct competitive analysis on player behavior to support product positioning and experience differentiation * Stay updated on industry trends in gaming, entertainment, and digital consumer behavior * Present research findings to executive stakeholders and provide strategic decision support * Manage external research vendors/agencies and evaluate ROI of research initiatives * Mentor and develop researchers to strengthen methodologies and overall team effectiveness We Are Looking for Someone Who Has * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, UX Design, Sociology, HCI, Market Research, or related fields * At least 7\+ years of user or market research experience, with 3\+ years in a leadership role * Strong background in digital entertainment, gaming, fintech, or consumer technology * Hands\-on expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods * Proven track record of driving strategic impact and influencing business decisions * Experience working on global or multi\-market research projects (preferred) * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English * Agency experience is a plus, especially with strong project ownership and product understanding Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting high\-growth digital platforms or online gaming products * Ability to analyze both user experience and business performance metrics * Familiarity with usability testing, experience analytics tools, and player psychology Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
