




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Knowledge of methodologies and best practices in Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, ITSM, ITIL, COBIT); * Experience with Jira Service Management and Jira Software; * Must have easy access to the region of Mogi das Cruzes - SP. * Support process design, service indicators, and quality of technology services based on the COBIT framework; * Develop an indicator handbook, analyze, and monitor action plans for continuous improvement; * Support user inquiries, incidents, and requests on the Jira Software and Jira Service Management platforms; * Technical specification and handling of user requirements in Jira for new features, processes, and projects on the Jira platform, both in ITSM (IT processes) and ESM (business processes); * Administration of the Jira platform, including product configurations, licensing, access management, teams, projects, service queues, approval workflows, reporting, and integrations; * Technical leadership in identifying solutions for incidents, technical improvements, and updates to the Jira platform within the Simpar Group; * Interface with Jira platform vendors and service providers, identifying and sharing any service-level deviations; * Continuous search for and sharing of knowledge and innovation within the Jira / Atlassian ecosystem, including documentation supporting platform usage and user training; * Develop, share, and maintain indicator reports to support IT management (e.g., FCR and NPS). 2512220202491879765
