We want people engaged in building a fairer and culturally richer society, where citizenship and inclusion are top priorities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Gather needs and requirements, map processes, design and implement projects (including training personnel), and perform data modeling with the objective of implementing systems aligned with business rules; * Analyze the performance of deployed systems; * Assess the need for replacements and collaborate in identifying and implementing technical problem solutions; * Monitor the backlog of issues and improvements; * Document and map processes; * Develop and monitor project schedules, as well as manage costs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Solid knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques, business modeling, and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, BPMN), and in-depth knowledge of MS Project. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of the Limber platform. * Knowledge of online sales systems, ticketing control systems, tickets, food and beverage systems. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Pinheiros **Work Mode:** On-site **Benefits:** Transportation allowance Meal allowance Health insurance Private pension plan Life insurance Profit-sharing program (PPR) Gympass **Urbia** \- one of the companies within the Construcap Group \- is the concessionaire responsible for managing Ibirapuera Park and other parks in São Paulo and Southern Brazil.
