What are the main responsibilities? * Plan and execute CRM strategies focused on personalization, customer loyalty, and closeness to customers. * Manage the campaign calendar and execution across owned channels (email marketing—B2C, Marketplace In, Stores, and Institutional; Push notifications; Email; SMS; and WhatsApp). * Program, test, and execute email marketing, push notification, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns, monitor results, and evaluate key channel metrics. * Create comprehensive performance reports and analyses for campaigns. Interpret data, prepare presentations, and provide insights that support business high performance and growth. * Collaborate with the agency’s creative team to develop art briefs, approve email, push notification, and subject line copy and layouts—aiming to improve performance indicators. * Support internal clients and other departments, ensuring strategy alignment and cross-departmental initiative execution with a direct focus on results and goals. * Prepare presentations, interpret data, and deliver actionable insights. 2512160202201868253
