This person will be responsible for delivering detailed analyses, structuring data, and collaborating to understand the client’s position within communications-related demands. **Responsibilities & Duties** * Ensure complete documentation of projects—including data sources, tag maps, filters, and tools used; * Translate analysis plans into detailed reports, performing data cleaning and organization, identifying actionable patterns and trends, and conducting market and competitive analyses to inform strategic decisions; * Evaluate the effectiveness of past campaigns and develop scenarios for future campaigns—ensuring the quality and accuracy of media, reputation, and trend analyses; * Apply analytical tools and techniques to solve communications challenges and present findings clearly and accessibly to clients; * Assess and test new tools to ensure alignment with client needs, proposing improvements without compromising existing processes; * Configure and guide data visualizations in dashboards, reports, or simple exports—ensuring comprehension across diverse audiences. **Requirements & Qualifications** Here’s what we expect from you to perform your role effectively and grow with us! * Proficiency in tagging (GTM / GA4) across web, app, and server environments; * Experience and knowledge of Digital Analytics and Business metrics; * Experience building dashboards (Looker Studio); * Experience and knowledge of digital analytics tools (Digital Analytics, Media Vehicles, Mouse Tracking, etc.); * Ability to simplify communication and articulate conclusions clearly for both internal and external stakeholders.
