Job Summary: The People Analytics and Budget team manages the budget and generates HR management insights through analyses, dashboards, OKR/KPI monitoring, data governance, and predictive solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in People Analytics and budget management. 2. Development of predictive solutions and high-impact dashboards. 3. Focus on data governance and insights for leadership.
