**About the Department:**
The Building Maintenance Department is responsible for managing support services for building operations across all buildings in the Porto Seguro Head Office Complex. Through business partners, we manage construction works, building maintenance, building automation, Energy Management (Generation, Captive, and Free Market), Water Consumption, and Multimedia Spaces and Porto Seguro Theater infrastructure operations.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* **Strategic Maintenance:** Planning agile preventive and corrective maintenance, with emphasis on predictive methods (thermography/testing) to anticipate failures and reduce downtime;
* **Third-Party Maintenance Provider and Operations Management:** Rigorous field routine supervision, ensuring contracted companies comply with technical procedures, safety standards, and performance targets;
* **Critical Installations and Retrofits:** Responsible for retrofit projects and new electrical installations, such as increasing loads at high, medium, and low voltage. Must develop execution plans focused on continuity, guaranteeing zero business impact for the Company. Mastery of Tier standards and redundancy requirements based on infrastructure needs is essential;
* **Power Engineering and Reliability:** Expertise in MV/LV systems and selectivity, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and system modernization (retrofit);
* **Third-Party Management and Oversight:** Leadership of teams and SLAs, ensuring immaculate technical rooms and compliance with NR\-10, NBR 5410, and NBR 14039;
* **Energy Efficiency:** Monitoring consumption, demand, and power factor to reduce costs and optimize contracts;
* **Consultative Interface and Leadership:** Strategic partnership with IT and Facilities to proactively deliver technical solutions with clear communication.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Education: Electrical Engineering degree (active CREA registration);
* Experience in maintenance and building operations contracts for large corporate buildings, Data Centers, or Hospitals;
* Preferred: Specialization in Maintenance Engineering or ATD/ATS certifications.
