The mission of the Observability area is to ensure excellence in the governance, evolution, and sustainment of monitoring technologies. We are a highly critical area directly aligned with the company’s strategy. We act as enablers of stability for customer and broker journeys, focusing on systemic availability and reducing incident resolution time (MTTR).
