




**Job Summary:** A professional responsible for the strategic, operational, and technical management of multiple units within a clinical analysis laboratory. Oversees teams, standardizes processes, meets performance indicators, ensures service quality, and manages relationships with clients and internal departments—thereby guaranteeing excellence in service delivery, regulatory compliance, and achievement of institutional goals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise operational, technical, and administrative activities across laboratory units under management; * Ensure proper functioning of collection, triage, reception, customer service, and technical support areas; * Guarantee process standardization in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards (RDC 786/2023 – formerly RDC 302, ISO 15189, PALC, DICQ); * Manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering training, performance evaluation, technical development, and a positive organizational climate; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (productivity, turnaround time [TAT], customer satisfaction, non-conformities, rework, absenteeism, etc.); * Address conflicts, complaints, and operational incidents arising in laboratory units; * Support the Quality Department and participate in internal and external audit processes; * Control operational costs, consumables usage, and maintenance of physical and technological resources across units; * Promote continuous improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions; * Participate in the laboratory’s strategic planning and propose initiatives for unit expansion or optimization; * Conduct managerial meetings, periodic performance reporting, and performance presentations to senior management.
