**What is the Performance Growth area at Porto?**
The Growth area at Porto aims to implement diverse customer acquisition and relationship strategies—leveraging both online and offline media, owned channels, and inbound and outbound methodologies—across 100% of Porto’s products and services.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
The Performance and Growth Manager plays a critical role in defining and executing strategies required to drive company growth and efficiency across various areas (marketing, sales, product, and operations), utilizing data, analytics, and innovative marketing techniques.
More specifically, key responsibilities include:
* **Data Analysis:** Uses data and metrics to identify growth opportunities and assess current company performance across different areas;
* **Marketing Strategies:** Develops and executes effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing ones;
* **Conversion Optimization:** Identifies and implements improvements to conversion processes across all stages of the sales funnel—from acquisition through to customer retention;
* **Product Development:** Collaborates with product and development teams to identify features and enhancements that can accelerate business growth;
* **Experimentation and Testing:** Conducts A/B tests and other forms of experimentation to validate hypotheses and determine which strategies and tactics most effectively drive growth;
* **Team Management:** Leads cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of growth strategies;
* **Trend Monitoring:** Stays up-to-date on market trends, industry best practices, and evolving consumer behaviors to adapt growth strategies as needed;
* **Goal and KPI Establishment:** Defines clear, measurable growth goals for the company and regularly tracks progress using relevant KPIs.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Solid experience in Digital Marketing, with deep understanding across all digital marketing domains (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.), plus mastery of techniques such as tracking tags, conversion pixels, audience segmentation, and more;
* Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation—including expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager—and ability to extract actionable insights from data;
* Experience developing and executing scalable growth strategies—for both customer acquisition and retention—which may involve experimentation, funnel optimization, and conversion analysis;
* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams—including designers, copywriters, analysts, etc.—with capacity to delegate tasks and align team efforts with company strategic objectives;
* Strong communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to internal and external stakeholders—including preparing reports, proposing new initiatives, and collaborating with other teams;
* Results-oriented mindset, with strong focus on goals and KPIs (a proactive, action-driven attitude);
* Adaptability—willingness to continuously learn and adjust to emerging trends and technologies;
