Visit: https://www.glassdoor.com.br/Vis%C3%A3o\-geral/Trabalhar\-na\-Machado\-Meyer\-EI\_IE1636842\.13,26\.htm **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support ERP and integrated systems, ensuring SLA compliance and service levels, with a focus on availability, stability, and quality; * Receive, log, track, and resolve incidents, requests, and enhancement demands related to ERP and integrated systems; * Support user departments and technical teams in system stabilization, identifying failures, analyzing impacts, and proposing process and systemic improvements; * Actively participate in ERP and corporate system projects, with a functional focus; * Perform troubleshooting, identifying root causes and implementing definitive problem resolutions; * Document known errors, recurring issues, and their respective solutions, contributing to reduced recurrence; * Collect and record user feedback to continuously improve services and systems; * Create, update, and maintain the knowledge base, technical procedures, user manuals, and guides; * Develop support and communication materials for users during environment changes, version updates, or new functionality rollouts; * Interact with vendors, internal teams, and other support staff to manage and track demands; * Conduct knowledge handovers to the Service Desk and other analysts, supporting standardized service delivery; * Guide and, when necessary, train users on system usage; * Ensure efficient service delivery, aiming for high user satisfaction levels. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields; * 2–4 years of experience in system/ERP support and maintenance; * Knowledge of service, incident, problem, and change management processes; * Experience with troubleshooting techniques and functional system analysis; * Technical English proficiency for reading documentation; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity for teamwork; * Ability to manage deadlines, concurrent tasks, and urgent situations; * Experience in financial operations (billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting, taxation); * Experience with TOTVS Protheus or Oracle Fusion is a plus. **Additional Information** * Childcare Assistance. * Gympass. * Health Insurance. * Dental Insurance. * Profit-Sharing Plan (PPR). * Life Insurance. * Meal Voucher. * Transportation Voucher.
