The Early Childhood Program promotes the development, socialization, and autonomy of infants and children aged 0 to 3 years across 15 Early Childhood Education Centers (CEIs), aiming to guarantee learning rights while recognizing children as protagonists and explorers—fostering education that stimulates autonomy, integration, and socialization. The pedagogical actions implemented by the Program are grounded in Education for Sustainable Development.
