It offers recruitment and selection services, facilitating the hiring process. **Responsibilities:** Operate automatic welding robots or machines, monitoring equipment performance to ensure proper welding. Inspect produced parts to verify integrity, finish, and weld penetration using measuring instruments. Perform daily machine cleaning, replace contact tips, clean tools, and carry out minor preventive maintenance. Previous experience as a Welding Equipment Operator, Welding Technician, Welder, or Industrial Machine Operator may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this position. High school diploma required.
