As the Store Analyst, you are the bridge between strategy and operations. You ensure the company’s culture remains alive and that the Z Deli experience is delivered consistently, efficiently, and to a high standard, supporting unit leadership in managing processes, KPIs, and people. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor performance indicators (Average Transaction Value, COGS, productivity, waste, and quality); Support store management in organizing operational processes and routines; Ensure compliance with brand standards and excellence; Manage inventory control and conduct stocktaking; Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience; Support scheduling, training, and team development; Be an ambassador of Z Deli culture in daily operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Analytical profile with strong organizational skills. Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Prior experience in retail, food service, or operations is a plus. Comfort working in dynamic environments with a results-driven mindset.
