We are hiring a **Junior Apprentice – HR (Recruitment and Selection)** to work at a company in the **Facilities** sector, offering practical learning and professional development under the guidance of the HR team. **Work Location** --------------------- **Diadema/SP** **Work Schedule** ----------------------- * Monday to Friday; * From **1:00 PM to 6:00 PM**; * **One day per week** of training at **SENAC**. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Organizing and archiving employee documents; * Verifying onboarding documents; * Registering medical exams and new employees in the system; * Updating spreadsheets and systems tracking recruitment processes; * Assisting in resume screening; * Scheduling interviews; * Requesting admission documents; * Supporting the onboarding process for new employees; * Providing administrative support to HR analysts, always under guidance and supervision. **✅ Requirements** ---------------- * Be aged between **18 and 20**; * Completed or currently pursuing High School education; * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, proactive, and eager to learn; * Reside in **Diadema or surrounding areas**. * **Preferred Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed extracurricular courses in **Administration, Human Resources, or related fields**, or currently in the **first semester of college**, or holding a technical/professional qualification related to administration or HR. **Stipend and Benefits** ---------------------- * Stipend of **R$ 7.32 per hour** (average of **R$ 880.00 gross/month**); * Meal Allowance of **R$ 200.00** (Alelo Card); * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * TotalPass; * SESC Membership; * University partnerships; * Apprenticeship training at SENAC with on-the-job practice; * Opportunity for growth and **permanent hiring**. **Interested candidates:** please send your resume to **Monique.dias@schimitd.com.br**.
