Handle conflict situations and provide assistance We are looking for an attentive, responsible, and committed professional to serve as an Access Controller at our hotel, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property; * Control entry, exit, and movement of people, keys, objects, and goods; * Monitor the CCTV system and record incidents; * Handle conflict situations and provide assistance whenever necessary; * Maintain an organized environment and follow security procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Professional demeanor, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Prior experience in this field is required.
