Administrative support to the bodywork team Responsible for organizing and filing documents related to bodywork services, such as repair records, inspections, work orders, reports, etc. Responsible for telephone customer service and service scheduling, and may provide basic information about repair procedures; Provides daily administrative support to the bodywork team, including completing forms, requesting parts and materials, recording working hours, etc.; Monitors inventory of materials used in bodywork, ensuring availability of necessary items for repairs; Issues invoices and bills for bodywork services performed; organizes the service schedule, planning repairs according to availability and urgency; Assists in quoting glass replacements and directs vehicles for replacement upon authorized signature.
