If you share these values, this is your place! **What to Expect in Your Day-to-Day Work:** * Monitor servers, services, and applications using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk (and others). * Handle incidents and service requests according to defined SLAs. * Perform support routines, including patch application, operating system updates, and integrity checks. * Administer and provide support for Windows Server and Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat). * Track capacity, availability, and performance metrics, proposing improvements. * Analyze logs and conduct troubleshooting on systems and networks. * Document technical procedures, incident reports, and implemented solutions. * Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and development teams to resolve complex problems. * Participate in on-call/shift schedules for critical incidents. **What You Need to Have:** * Experience administering virtualized environments (VMware); * Administration of Windows Server and Linux servers; * Experience with application servers (e.g., JBoss, Tomcat, IIS or similar); * Hands-on troubleshooting experience in environments and operating systems; * Knowledge of support routines, patches, and security updates **Where Will You Work?** We believe in knowledge exchange and value relationships fostered through a Hybrid Work Model, requiring 1–2 days per week onsite.
