In this role, you will interact with various teams and partners to ensure operational excellence aligned with corporate policies and processes. Responsibilities Manage ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Crisis Management, as well as communication with business areas, ensuring application of the defined methodology Support management of contracted SLAs, identifying opportunities for process improvement to reduce incidents and enhance business support Support management of infrastructure component operations, aiming to maintain service availability and quality Support IT demand planning, ensuring governance of processes and visibility for all stakeholders Analyze, consolidate, and validate technical documentation, proposing improvements and ensuring compliance with global policies Manage asset inventory control through data collection tools, ensuring feedback to requestors regarding costs and requirements Act as a technical/functional reference in IT infrastructure, performing risk analyses, impact assessments for projects, and leading cross-functional teams Directly participate in the Change Management process, applying controls to ensure service availability and quality Support global initiatives and project teams by defining technical and functional standards, best practices, and sharing risks Support the information security team by implementing agreed-upon definitions in projects and security committees Support global and regional IT infrastructure initiatives, aligning new functionalities and improvements with the current environment and budget Support operational management of IT contracts through performance reports, usage reports, and management meetings Support IT infrastructure projects by participating in governance meetings and sharing information for project transitions Generate technical support documents, process mapping and design, management presentations, and status reports About you **Academic background:** Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field Relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Advanced/Fluent English **Tools / Software:** MS Project, Visio, Advanced Office, ITIL, network architecture (LAN, WAN, Wireless), Data Center architecture (physical and virtualized), server environments (Windows Server, basic Linux), VM (vCenter), virtual machine management, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) **Interpersonal skills:** Communication, teamwork, adaptability What we offer An international community bringing together over 110 nationalities **An environment where trust is central:** 70% of our senior leaders began their careers at the entry level A robust training system via our internal Academy, offering over 250 modules A vibrant workplace with frequent internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.) Strong commitment to social responsibility, especially through the WeCare Together program Diversity and Inclusion: Amaris Consulting proudly fosters a workplace that promotes equal opportunity.
