




Description: Required: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * Prior experience in construction project monitoring: technical supervision, tender document analysis, schedules, budgets; * Practical experience in identifying problems and risks in construction projects: delays, supplier failures, schedule bottlenecks, technical issues; * Advanced Excel proficiency: for data analysis, budgeting, and KPIs; * Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools; * Availability for occasional travel; * Oversight of third-party contractor management. Desirable: * Knowledge of construction insurance, engineering risks, or claims is a plus but not mandatory; * Familiarity with EVM (Earned Value Management); * Experience with public construction tenders and auctions; * Experience in contract and subcontractor management. Pre-construction technical risk assessment for public works, including evaluation of tender documents, schedules (critical path), suppliers, and technical requirements prior to execution commencement; Monitoring of already-insured construction projects through technical site visits, application of performance indicators (e.g., EVM), and preparation of reports on progress and associated risks; Monitoring of KPIs: analyzing timelines, costs, and quality using earned value management tools to identify variances. Risk analysis: evaluating technical and operational risks of construction projects and proposing preventive measures. Support in claims cases: collaborating with the claims team to provide technical information, documentation, and evidence to assist case handling. Technical reports and opinions: consolidating data and presenting insights regarding project progress and related risks. Internal stakeholder coordination: liaising with engineering, claims, underwriting teams, and occasionally clients to ensure alignment.
