Network, system, and information security administration **Job Description** Ensure the availability, security, and performance of the company's technology infrastructure, supporting business continuity and delivering the best experience for internal users through management of on\-premise and cloud environments, technical support, and system administration. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure the availability, security, and performance of the company's technology infrastructure. * Management of on\-premise and cloud (Azure) environments. * Server, network, and system administration. * Help desk technical support, with emphasis on agile and effective problem resolution. * Contribute to business continuity and internal user satisfaction. * Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory. * Printer and print server configuration * Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. * + Monitor and enforce information security policies, including access control, backups, and updates. * Manage and administer corporate telephony systems, including online PABX (VoIP), focusing on availability, extension configuration, and integration with other systems. * Experience installing and configuring cloud servers (Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra) * Installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) **Requirements** Incomplete technical or undergraduate degree in: Information Systems Computer Science Computer Engineering Computer Networks Technical courses in IT and/or networking **Work Environment (On-site)** * Dining area * Fresh fruits and coffee * Common area **Diversity and Inclusion** Our job openings are open to all individuals.
