This role is for you! We seek a professional who masters visual presentation techniques in the sports fashion retail segment and possesses the ability to transform complex manuals into practical, inspiring training sessions for our field team. ### **Your Responsibilities:** * **Knowledge Multiplication:** Convert VM guidelines into dynamic training sessions for promoters and sales associates. * **Hands-On Approach and Clinical Eye:** Ensure visual standardization across stores, guaranteeing the right product is placed in the right location to maximize sales. * **Material Development:** Create presentations and supporting materials (using Canva, PowerPoint or similar tools) that facilitate technical understanding of products (fabric technologies, footwear, and accessories). * **Audit Visits and Coaching:** Conduct frequent store visits to deliver on-the-job feedback and ensure the team applies what they have learned. * **Results Analysis:** Monitor whether VM initiatives and training programs positively impact sales indicators (KPIs). ### **What We Are Looking For (Requirements):** * **Experience as a VM Leader, VM Supervisor or Knowledge Multiplier** in the fashion, footwear or sports segments. * **Passion for Teaching:** Strong public speaking skills, patience, and pedagogical ability to engage diverse audiences. * **Tool Proficiency:** Intermediate experience with **PowerPoint and Canva** (you will be responsible for creating your own training materials). * **Technical Knowledge:** Understanding of fabrics, sports performance technologies, and fashion trends. * **Problem-Solving Profile:** Someone who can identify a visual issue in-store and immediately devise a solution/training to correct it. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience with major sports retail chains (**Nike, Centauro, Adidas, Decathlon, Riachuelo, Renner, C\&A, etc.**). * Degree in Fashion, Design, Marketing or Retail Management.
