




The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for organizing, preparing, and replenishing breakfast items, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and proper presentation. Key Responsibilities: * Organize and set up the breakfast buffet according to established standards * Prepare and replenish cold trays (ham, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments) * Prepare coffee, teas, and other hot beverages * Heat and maintain milk at the appropriate temperature for consumption * Continuously replenish items throughout the breakfast service period * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and hygiene of the work area * Sanitize utensils, equipment, and surfaces after service * Strictly adhere to good food handling practices Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$1\.600,00 \- R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Commuter Benefit
