Prepare meats for sale and arrange meat trays attractively **Butcher Assistant** **Job Objective** **Assist in butcher department activities.** **Ensure organization and high-quality customer service.** **Restock products and support butchers in meat preparation and handling.** **Comply with hygiene and food safety standards.** **Main Responsibilities** ** Ensure excellent customer service.** ** Assist customers in selecting products.** ** Organize, preserve, and price products.** ** Identify types of cuts.** ** Slice, weigh, cut, and package meats.** ** Prepare meats for sale.** ** Arrange meat trays strategically to enhance product appeal.** ** Monitor equipment temperatures, clean equipment, remove offal, and make shallow cuts** **✅ Requirements** **Previous experience in a butcher shop, supermarket, or food handling is desirable.** **Flexible availability for work hours.** **Ability to work effectively in a team.** **Organized and detail-oriented.** * **Work Schedule** **From 12:30 PM to 9:20 PM** **Rotating 6-day workweek with 1 day off, according to company schedule.** **Sundays: 2 out of every 4 weeks** **Salary R$ 2\.100,00** **Address:** **Rua Praça Porto Ferreira, nº 48** **Bairro Guilhermina Esperança** Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) Transportation Allowance
