### **What we are looking for** We are seeking a professional with experience in **Salesforce Development** to work on strategic projects, contributing to the development and evolution of solutions within a critical corporate environment. The professional will be responsible for Salesforce development, integrations, asynchronous processing, and software engineering best practices, collaborating with agile squads and multidisciplinary teams. **Work model:** Hybrid in São Paulo (São Paulo City Center) ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain solutions using: + Salesforce + Apex + LWC (Lightning Web Components) + Flows + Apex Jobs * Work with: + Service Cloud + Field Service * Develop integrations via: + RESTful APIs + MuleSoft * Implement asynchronous processes and messaging * Apply software development best practices: + SOLID + TDD + BDD * Work with version control and CI/CD pipelines using: + Git + Jenkins * Participate in ceremonies and deliveries within agile teams * Support technical evolution and solution quality ### **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience with: + Salesforce Development + Apex + Service Cloud + Field Service + LWC + Flow + Apex Jobs * Knowledge of: + Batch processing + Messaging + Asynchronous processes * Experience with: + RESTful APIs + MuleSoft * Experience with: + Git + Jenkins + Agile methodologies * Knowledge of: + SOLID + TDD + BDD ### **Nice-to-have** * Knowledge of: + APM tools + Event Monitoring + Nebula * Experience with mission-critical systems * Experience in complex corporate environments ### **Behavioral profile** We are looking for someone who: * Has an analytical mindset and focuses on quality * Communicates well and collaborates effectively in teams * Is proactive and solution-oriented * Demonstrates ownership and accountability for deliverables * Performs well in agile and dynamic environments * Shows interest in continuous technical growth With over 35 years in the market and operations in 16 countries, GFT employs more than 12\.000 people worldwide, including 4\.000 in Brazil.
