On-site \| CLT * 44-hour weekly schedule with rotating Saturday shifts We are looking for an organized, welcoming, and proactive professional to work at the health center’s reception desk, providing a humanized and efficient experience to our patients. ? Salary ✔️ R$ 2\.828,51 ? Key Responsibilities * Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments; * Attend to patients in person, by phone, and via digital channels; * Update registrations and organize documents; * Support reception administrative routines; * Perform billing and system entries; * Assist in organizing the environment and care team when necessary. ? Requirements * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service; * Intermediate computer skills; * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Preferred Qualifications * Experience in medical clinics or hospitals; * Knowledge of health insurance plans; * Basic understanding of billing. ?
