Job Summary: A professional for reception and customer service at a barbershop, responsible for appointment scheduling, cash handling, organization, and team support. Key Highlights: 1. Environment organization and team support * **Main Responsibilities:** Greet customers warmly and attentively, offering water or available complimentary items. Direct customers to their scheduled or available barber. Manage the appointment schedule, confirming time slots, arranging walk-ins, and coordinating schedule changes with barbers. Process payments (cash, credit/debit card, Pix) and perform daily cash reconciliation. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and barbershop; restock basic supplies (cups, coffee, water). Communicate\-with the team regarding arrivals, delays, or cancellations; support management with workflow and service-related information. Promote special offers and encourage sales of products (pomades, shampoos, etc.) * **Desired Qualifications:** Prior experience in customer service or reception (barbershops, salons, clinics). Strong communication skills, friendliness, proactivity, courtesy, and professional demeanor. Organizational ability and agility to manage customer flow and multitask. Basic technological proficiency: WhatsApp Business, appointment booking systems, card machines, and cash handling. Availability for afternoon/evening shifts and weekends (as per the barbershop’s operating hours).
