Job Summary: FP&A Intern to support financial planning, performance analysis, and forecasting, with direct involvement in budgeting and forecasting at an M&A boutique. Key Highlights: 1. Direct contact with budget, forecast, and managerial closing 2. Analysis and interpretation of financial data for strategic insights 3. Collaboration with teams to ensure accuracy of financial data We are seeking an intern to join our FP&A team. IGC is the largest M&A boutique in Latin America. You will have direct exposure to budget, forecast, managerial closing, and reports for company leadership. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the FP&A team in activities related to financial planning, performance analysis, and financial forecasting; * Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations; * Participate in preparing financial reports and presentations for senior management; * Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and improvement opportunities; * Assist in developing financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making; * Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data; * Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives within the FP&A area; * Be responsible for the customer debit note process, ensuring its accuracy, timely issuance, and follow-up until resolution; * Assist in reviewing and analyzing cost centers, ensuring their appropriateness and accuracy. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Undergraduate student in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, graduating from 2028 onward; * Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial analysis; * Advanced Excel proficiency (VBA knowledge is a plus); * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams as well as independently. **Additional Information** * Availability to work 100% on-site in the Faria Lima region.
