We seek someone experienced in both frontend and backend development, passionate about innovation, and capable of transforming business opportunities into technological solutions. **Responsibilities and Requirements** * Develop fullstack applications for digital products targeting the financial market; * Collaborate in the conception of AI-based products and solutions; * Develop modern user interfaces using Angular or Flutter; * Implement services and APIs using .NET 8 or Python; * Build and consume REST APIs, ensuring system integration; * Apply Clean Architecture principles and software development best practices; * Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure solution quality; * Participate in technical decisions and product evolution with focus on investor experience; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments; contribute to continuous solution improvement through adoption of new technologies and industry practices; * Experience with Angular 20 (Standalone, Signals, and RxJS) or Flutter; * Experience with C\# .NET 8 or Python; * Knowledge of REST API development and consumption; * Experience with Clean Architecture; * Hands-on experience with unit testing; * Knowledge of Git and source code versioning; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Understanding of Generative Artificial Intelligence concepts (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Embeddings); * Understanding of AI integration workflows in digital products; * Vision for applying AI in solutions targeting end investors; * Knowledge of Agentic AI; * Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen; * Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation); * Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar); * Hands-on experience with intelligent automation; **We Are Looking For Someone Who:** ============================== We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys teamwork and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is skilled and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adversarial and innovative** situations.
