Description
**What we are looking for:**
A professional to operate and monitor Cloud environments, with a focus on Observability, incident management, and support for critical operations. The role involves executing operational procedures, monitoring SLAs, and contributing to the stability, security, and governance of cloud environments.
**Responsibilities:**
* Monitor AWS and Azure cloud environments continuously on a 24x7 basis using Observability tools;
* Identify, classify, and log incidents, requests, and problems in ITSM tools;
* Execute pre\-defined runbooks and operational procedures to resolve incidents;
* Perform initial incident triage, collecting evidence, logs, and information for escalation to Level 2 support;
* Track the lifecycle of tickets, ensuring adherence to established SLAs;
* Initiate service requests with external vendors when required;
* Document all actions and activities performed during support engagements;
* Support the execution of planned changes (GMUDs) per technical guidance;
* Conduct structured handovers at the end of each shift;
* Communicate critical events according to the escalation matrix to relevant stakeholders;
* Contribute to the technical knowledge base and propose process improvements;
* Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements specific to the financial sector.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Experience in IT operations, NOC, technical Service Desk, or Cloud Operations;
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), including compute, networking, storage, and identity services;
* Familiarity with monitoring and Observability tools such as Dynatrace, Zabbix, Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar;
* Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, firewalls, load balancers);
* Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems;
* Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management;
* Understanding of ITIL practices (incidents, requests, problems);
* Ability to follow runbooks and operational procedures with discipline and attention;
* Strong written communication skills and ability to produce technical documentation;
* Availability to work on a 24x7 rotating shift schedule;
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related fields;
* **100% on\-site work in São Paulo, night shift.**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* + AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF\-C02\) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ\-900\) certification;
+ ITIL v4 Foundation certification;
+ Networking certifications (Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network\+) or Linux certifications (LPI Essentials, LPIC\-1\);
+ Experience in regulated financial sector environments (BACEN, LGPD);
+ Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, or Python);
+ Familiarity with AI tools applied to operations;
+ Prior experience in 24x7 mission\-critical operations;
+ Intermediate English proficiency for technical reading;
